Information submitted through forms
The website can store information that you deliberately submit through the contact form, project planner, consultation request or newsletter subscription. This can include your name, email address, project requirements, preferred appointment information and consent choice.
Purpose
The information is used to respond to the request, evaluate a project enquiry, arrange a consultation or maintain the newsletter subscription selected by the visitor.
Security and spam controls
The application uses CSRF tokens, honeypot fields and rate limiting. Rate-limit identifiers use a one-way keyed hash instead of storing the visitor's raw IP address in the enquiry tables.
Retention and deletion
The site administrator controls retention. Requests for correction or deletion should be sent through the published contact details. Newsletter subscribers can be marked unsubscribed by the administrator.
Third-party delivery
Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons load from jsDelivr by default. A local Bootstrap fallback is included for the main framework. The site does not add behavioural analytics by default.
